Day one of the Race For the Rivers will end at Frontier Park in St. Charles, MO.  Never heard of Race For the Rivers?  This is a 65-mile race along the Mississippi River for canoes and kayaks.

This year, it will start at 9 a.m. Saturday, August 23, 2008,  in Washington, Missouri.  Day 2 will begin in St. Charles, MO at 9 a.m. Sunday, August 24, 2008, and end in Columbia Bottoms, MO.

Debi.. This sounds like a lot of fun... and work.  I just learned to kayak a few weeks back.. not sure if I am ready for 65 miles.
