Verrado, an award winning Master Planned Community in Buckeye is like any other residential real estate in Arizona, subject to the laws and regulations of the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

One notable difference is the absence of For Sale signs or For Rent signs in the yard of any home in Verrado.  The developer, DMB Associates, Inc., has done the same here as they did in DC Ranch, which is to impose very strict CC&Rs on the development, while at the same time opening Verrado Realty to handle the initial sale of custom lots, as well as being the only real estate brokerage with a store front presence in the community.

The signage (read that as "marketing") restrictions on homeowners wanting to sell or rent their homes in Verrado might lead a casual out-of-town visitor to the community to believe that there are no resale properties on the market for sale or rent, or that Verrado Realty is the only Verrado real estate broker that can assist with buying or selling of custom home lots in Verrado or resale homes in Verrado.

Nothing could be further from the truth!  All properly licensed (by the State of Arizona) Realtors, salespersons and brokers can conduct real estate transactions in Verrado.   

That includes representing Buyers who want to buy a new home in Verrado, or buy a home in Verrado from the resale inventory.

That includes representing Sellers who want to sell a home in Verrado. or sell a custom lot in Verrado.
