Thanks for sharing this information. It's always good to see how market sales in other areas of the country are doing. Atlanta is rather flat. The Tampa Bay area is very, very slow in the upper priced beach properties, but median to lower priced homes are still selling OK. Of course, it is taking longer to reach Binding Agreement.

Pasadena is so lovely. Good luck in growing your real estate business.
