Here's a resource if you, or someone you know, is struggling with their their finances and are at risk of loosing their home.  The HomeOwnerShip Preservation FoundationThe Homeownership Preservation Foundation (HPF) creates partnerships with local governments, nonprofit organizations, borrowers and lenders to help families overcome obstacles that could result in the loss of their homes.

They use programs like the highly successful 1-888-995-HOPE national homeowner assistance line to help individuals and families who are struggling financially. To date, more than 45,000 homeowners have received advice, assistance and support to help them stay in their homes.
