As of July 11, 2008 21% of available listings in Fairfax, CA are in escrow.

For the month of June 2008 only 2 homes sold in Fairfax for an average final selling price of $700,500.

The average original asking price of these homes was $741,000.

One home sold for $692,000 and the other sold for $709,000.

It took these homes an average of 48 days to sell.

Both of these homes sold for less than their original asking price.
