We recently launched a new website with the www.century21.ca platform. Ours is www.5662121.com which covers real estate in PEI. Although I think it is a great site with mapping, 21 photos, flyer generation, account sign ups etc. I receive calls or emails from people who are pissed that they cant find a specific property. Usually they are having trouble using the mapping tool but when I do explain how to work it - they like it- but it begs the question- If they are contacting me- how many arent and just leaving the site. With all the diffenent consumers out there with all different web knowledge I think it is impossible for one site to satisfy all people. I would ask that if anyone has any comments on our website to send them to me. We are working on increasing our page rank and doing cross marketing with print and tv advertising as well to drive more traffic to the web.

If you think you have the best site- send me the link for me to review.

Good point Joel.... I hope everyone posts their great sites here for us to critique.

My first advice would be to have something real estate related in your website domain.   i.e.  "RealEstate5662121.com"

Here's my company's site: http://www.TheHomefindingCenter.org/

with our domain- that is our phone number as we have been promoting it for over 25 years so it allows us to "Call or Click 5662121.com "

Thanks for leaving your link

Well, I would like my site to be criticized.  I recently added the mapping feature however, most visitors use the form-like searching tool.

Please give me some feed back on my site, I'll appreciate it. www.MartinAndBetty.com

Thanks.

Joel I could'nt find the map. If its anything like tha Home Buyers Scouting Report map, then you will have great success with it.

The mapping is in our area properties http://www.century21.ca/Search/colonialrealty - it works either through my office site www.5662121.com or through our franchise site www.century21.ca and also through all Century 21 Canada realtors similar to mine www.century21.ca/joel.ives or www.joelives.com - they are utilizing google maps so it should be easy to follow along
