Blog, blog. blog , blog,  ....   Craigslist??  well, I have advertised some of my listings on there but if you are looking for quality leads.. try doing some farming, or have a calling night where you sit down and call every one in your sphere and let them know you are in the business and see if they are in the market or know someone who is the market for buying or selling etc..  also have a good website and advertise your phone number and website address on everything you own such as your email signiture, your business cards, all flyers.. and just talk... everyone is a potential client, if not today then tomorrow so just talk to everyone that you meet or see..  Do some open houses, you can usually pick up a buyer or meet someone who is scoping out whats going on in the market before they list.. if you dont have any listings I am sure one of the agents in your office would be happy to let you hold one of their listings open.. If not you can always come on over to my office!!   Good luck,  you look like a people person, you will do just fine.
