Have you ever met a group of people so extraordinary that you find yourself thanking God that the Lord brought you together? I have.
Active Rain has been quite a treat for me. It has managed to do the one thing living in a brick and mortar world can not. It has given me a lovely on-line family from around the globe. They remind me of the Christians in the Book of Acts, for they are constantly in a state of flux regarding who they are now and who they wish to be. They are bold enough to ask God for the world, even though they are tired, hungry, occasionally poor, and things in life don't pan out neatly. They check in every single day and joke about their AR addictions, but truth be known, it is not AR that brings them here, it is their connection to other people. It's the relationships that replace the networking.
I have received quite a few emails today and was surprised how one particular question kept surfacing so I decided to blog about it and publish the answers: It's our relationships that define us at Club Chaos, so my word of advice for newbies is: Do not casually asociate with people, but select your associations wisely. Know the writings, names and faces of those you choose to associate with. Don't click links or blog for points. Associate and write because you wish to...
BTW, the pictures posted are for my good friend Susan Mangigian. I promised her I'd smile more online... :-)
