In today’s learning based environment, information is a hot item. People are always willing to learn new things and this could be a great opportunity to teach what you love and get paid for it. For example, you may be great at a particular hobby such as scrap-booking or karate, and with this being said, why not teach a class and charge a small fee. Even if you don’t feel as though your skills are worth charging for, this would be a great way to meet new people or network.
I love to meet new people and I love teaching what I know best. I love teaching people about the foreclosure and short sale process. I have worked with homeowners before in this situation, and I have plenty of experience working in these cases.
