L'Ambiance Beach Condo was built in 2003, contains a total of 126 units on 25 Floors, and is located at 4240 Galt Ocean Drive.

Currently, 13 units are listed for sale, priced between $749,900 - $3,900,000.  This year, 4 L'Ambiance Condos sold through Brokers at final sales prices between $730,000 and $1,500,000.
