There is no need to be desperate, when you can be creative

Services for Real Estate Pros with Horton's Lawn Care L.L.C.

Many home owners in the area are knocking tens of thousands of dollars off their asking price, including cars (I even noticed one that included a Mercedes Benz) and still not finding a buyer. I have a way to help you sell your home faster and save money doing it.

What can I offer you to help you sell your home faster and cheaper? Offer your home for sale with free lawn care for 1 year from the date of purchase! No one likes to take care of their lawn. It's costly, time consuming, and messy. This is the kicker to get your home sold. Another great thing about this offer is you can decide how much you want included in our services, which can include basic mowing and weed whacking or full service to also include bagging of the clippings, edging sidewalks/ driveways, gutter cleaning, hedge trimming, fertilization, and even snow removal, the choice is yours.

Here is the secret how you are going to save money on this. By offering the potential buyer a year's worth of lawn care, it will actually cost a fraction of what the perceived value is (And definitly alot cheaper than a new car, or knocking thousands off your asking price). The home buyer will think this added kicker to be worth a lot more than it actually costs, and the best part about it all is you don't have to pay a dime until you sell your house.* It's a win - win for all of us. You sell your house for a higher price. The home buyer gets a perceived high value perk and you don't have to pay me until you sell the house! Please call me to find out more. I am a local business owner who is insured.

Not a bad idea!  On Cape Cod, we have a lot of "off Cape" owners who need their place looked after.  And I can encourage the landscapers with new business, so they might return the referral favor!

Raylene- How did those go for you? I have actually had quite a few Realtors say the same thing from Texas, I might just have to come down there and take you all up on it lol. Unfortunately (/ fortunately depending on how you look at it) I have several seniors who I wouldn't leave for a million dollars.
