What skills do you have to get people to trust and have confidence in you?  I recently took a "strengths finder" test and found that my skills...I had NO CLUE they were TALENTS!!!  My top five talents are these:

 

Woo-(winning others over)  This especially applies to people I do not know.

Communication.  I like sharing ideas and all forms of communication including writing personal notes to clients, family, friends, and people I have just met.

Enthusiam.  I have a talent to spread enthusiasm in a group of people to encourage them to join in a game or party or just be involved.  I have a way of getting others excited about something they normally wouldn't have.

Maximizer.  I have the ability to make good things better.  Always have an attitude of personal growth.

Relator.  I can work well in small groups and make everyone feel important.  I like to know people on a personal level.

 Well, these I got from the book, Discover Your Sales Strengths.  Has anyone read it?  What are your strengths?

 I was able to visualize the tasks I love to do in Real Estate.  They all related to one or the other of these strengths...or...talents.

 Boy, it's great to know my talents.

Under promise and over perform.  Say what you mean and mean what you say.  Recognize that you can't win everyone over and learn to refer people that just don't mesh with your style.
