I live on gorgeous Anna Maria Island which is 1 hr South of Tampa and 1/2 hr North of Sarasota.  We have 7 miles of gorgeous white sandy beach.  Lately I have been trying to exercise more and find myself walking the beach or our local streets each morning.  Normally I see at least 30 people on my walks.  I continue to ask myself how many of the walkers I pass are interested in selling their home, buying their home, or know of someone looking for a home on Anna Maria Island.  How can I tap into this potentially huge resource for leads?

I have created T-shirts with the Island Real Estate logo on the front (Brokerage) and on the back in BIG HUGE LETTERS...
