Bank owned REO (Real Estate Owned) properties is where the market is right now, Every Buyer we have spoken to is buying or looking for a bank owned foreclosed property. If you are not working with a Bank, I suggest you make some calls and get a hold of their REO list of homes available. If you don't know who to call a great way will be to look at the settlement sheet (HUD1) of some of your past closings and call the Lender on the sheet, ask for their REO Dept., a great way to build a relationship with the Lender.

Its a very unique market right now, Buyers are out there looking for the right deal, take advantage of it make the call !

REO properties are a hot market right now, many investors and agents are jumping in on the trend. Unfortunately its a local market, some REO properties are not always the best deals and consumers should consult with thier local Realtors before making a decision.
