In real estate many times we will have to roll with the punches. It's the nature of the beast.  The key is not to do that everyday on everything you do

We should strive to be proactive

1. being proactive is about being anticipatory and taking charge of situations.

One thing, which I always do, is to try and understand what just happened, so I can either replicate it or avoid what just happened. Instead of just being happy it's done. The key to success is learning from your mistakes and success. The mistakes teach you more than a success ever will.
