I love the quote at the end of your post. Thinking is what keeps me up to all hours of the night, action is what makes me feel in control and brings in the bacon. I too often keep my real estate hat hidden in public, with times as they are, that question sure couldn't hurt.
My business partner are huge proponents of Floyd Wickman. And you're absolutely right about how Realtors think sometimes. We know lots of Realtors in our office/company that can tell you every rule and regulation and almost recite the purchase contract verbatim but we rarely see their names on the sales board in the office each month. Meanwhile my partner and I focus most of our attention on networking and marketing. Needless to say we're on the board many times over each and every month.
Denise - Your call to action is profound. The compicated matters often consume our time and interests yet the simplest ones make the biggest difference. Thanks for the reminder.
Denise - great post. I think that is why Buffini and Co appealed to me so much. I believe in working exclusively by referral and they just take it to the upteenth level. Thanks for reminding us of our actions!

Who do you know who?
Great program. . .I recomend it to everybody
Funny you write that... my broker tells us to stay that all the time and I have started to use it. It's one of my best scripts.
Denise,
Thanks for the post. Getting back to basics is the key to survival in this market.
What a great concept! You're right--we tend to get so wrapped up in the little picture that sometimes we forget the big picture. It's a simple question, and I intend to ask it at every opportunity. You never know what you'll find!
