Virginia, I must confess you have some of the nicest properties to present in the Mesquite area. Everyone driving through town looking for the best should just land on your doorstep. I noticed you posted to a group in Alberta. Do you have a lot of Canadians moving to the Mesquite area?

Gary - Yes, Mesquite is close to Las Vegas, Lake Mead, Zion and skiing in Utah. We have casinos and great golf courses, Wolf Creek is in the top 25 in the U.S. And it is inexpensive to live here - no water shortages, etc., so there are a lot of advantages for 2nd home buyers. Not much crime and the tax situation is favorable, too. Plus, Mesquite is the fastest growing city in Nevada and gets a lot of press! Thanks!

Thanks, Richard, this a great condo for sale in Mesquite - pretty easy to showcase with the pool, spa and amenities nearby - and they can see for themselves in the virtual tour.
