According to the latest statistics handed down by the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA) the Median home price between May 2008 and June 2008 went up from 211.4k in May to 217.5k in June. During the same months the Average Sales price went down from 273.6k in May to 268.8k in June. Overall sales rose during the same time period. May showed 1,347 sales while June posted 1,443.
These statistics represents all listings taken or sold by ORRA brokers, regardless of location and is exclusive to residential property, which includes townhomes, duplexes, single-family homes, and condos.
