Ok, this post is a simple one. People want to know "at least" one thing they can do to be happy. What is that? I am not talking pleasure or joy here but just something simple like being happy.

You will feel much better by the end of this week if you follow my advice. Here it is:
Notice what makes you happy and do more of it.
If it's gardening do more of it. Playing with the grandkids, more of it. Golf. More. Laugh. More. Eat out with girlfriend. More.
For me I can think of at least a hundred things but I like being with and laughing with family and friends, physical activities like running, swimming, and basketball and listening to upbeat music to name a few. Oh, and quiet mornings with a cup of coffee or quiet evenings with a glass of wine.
