New Investors in South East Michigan Benefit by Joining Real Estate Investor Clubs to Network with others and learn what Niche is Right for Them

Mark Maupin has announced a new location for the monthly real estate investor group meetings; same time, still the 3rd Thursday of each month
Romulus, MI—People from all over Metro Detroit, Michigan are saying the National Real Estate Network’s Mega Evening Event meetings are the best of all real estate club meetings. The information provided by the featured guest speaker at each meeting is great, but many people come for the networking with all the other vendors, regardless of who is speaking. “The speakers are great! But I also meet a lot of other business contacts during the networking hour before the speaker talks,” said Art Daniels, a member of NREN.
The Mega Evening Event meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of each month. Up until June, they were at the Laurel Manor on Schoolcraft Road in Livonia. Beginning July 17, 2008, they will be at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Romulus. This month’s meeting will be host to the following guest vendors:
· Bank of America Will be offering new program where you get paid up $300 to open up a new account. Check out their table for new services and info.
· Leslie Norush, with Betty Brigade and Title Services, a personal assistance and concierge service based company. They are one of the top 100 businesses in MI by Corp. Magazine and featured in Crain's this week.
· Mary Griffin, a National Credit Educator, has information on how to handle credit issues for you and your customers. Mary has made a huge difference for many of our members, helping them with their personal credit. A must talk to person.
· Jeff Taylor, your college funding coach, will be here to offer tips and advice on getting education funding you need for you, your children, and grand children. People save money to put their child through college not realizing the grants and other funding sources that are out there for them – come see Jeff at his table for great coaching and advice.
· Bonnie Steele, with the new senior relocation program; She has senior buyers for your homes, ready to move in. If you have homes you are willing sell 30-40% of retail price Bonnie has the Buyers for you. Come learn about her Senior program at the Detroit Investment Homes Table
· If you have homes and property not selling that you have owned for over a year you will want to talk to Mike Schoen and Roy Frank. The tax deductions might be a better solution for you rather than selling. See Roy or Mike at the Donating Real Estate Consultants, LLC table.
· Mark Lang, Provost of the Entrepreneurial Department of Wayne County Community College, will be present to answer questions on small business loans, and programs designed to help investors and small businesses. Look for his banner on Small Business and talk to him. Dayn will help with your questions on financial evaluations, free directory listings, and access to thousands of legal documents.
· Larry Baker, Board Member of Oakland REIA, will be sharing information about Ron LeGrand, the king of Commercial and investment real estate. Check with Larry on upcoming events at his table.
· Levet Ogden-Burtley will be offering consumer-direct-marketing business that can enhance your current business. She will show wellness products that help families maintain good health through stressful situations. Check out her table.
· Karen Maupin, and Art Daniels of National Real Estate Network table, will be present to answer question on the services and benefits of Club membership.
At 7:30pm, a panel of experts will be prepared to answer questions on accounting and legal issues in real estate and small business operations. Richard White, an attorney and Markwei Boye, a CPA will be on the panel of experts answering questions. “Richard and Markwei have spoken at prior events and members were pleased with the information they provided. Many who I’ve spoke to recently are looking forward to hearing them speak at the July meeting,” said Mark Maupin.
