Finally I have a chance to site down and contribute to AR again!
The seminar was a HUGE success and 2 staging consultations are the confirmed result - also I have an exclusive deal with a realtor for doing a couple houses with all the realtor commissions going to a local charity - also the realtor pays my fees (though Ive discounted since its for charity).
The Charity event ad will be posted here to for anyone who wants to stay up to date with my business events.
Thanks for all the support and compliments on the seminar and the ad design (since I designed the ad) - I will also be doing the charity house ad design, and have the proof submitted for aproval.
For all of those new stagers out there: If you are planning a seminar and are terrified of public speaking (like me) I urge you to watch 'the secret' to learn the most basic principal of 'your thoughts become reality' - this really helps to prepare for a public speaking event or any meeting for that matter.
I simply visualise myself in the meeting, feeling calm, speaking clearly and confidently, covering all the main topics and keeping my body language smooth and graceful... Works like a charm! Your thoughts really do become your reality so stop thinking about how afraid you are and why your afraid - just keep focust on how you want to present and what the best outcome would be - you can make it happen!
