In today's market you need to check every single website that works for other agents
and also where are buyers looking to find you and your properties. I want to share
with you the www.point2.com where agents can agree to share their listings on other
agents websites and therefore, promote their properties on many sites. FREE Websites
are great and it seems that many agents are starting to add them to their own regular
websites.

Have you tried this and how is it working for you. I am also usiing the Craigslist
to post properties. Stay tuned for updated results about what SOLD my listings
first. I am a true believer that ads don't sell houses - AGENTS DO but I'm really
trying to get the days on the market shortened and properties SOLD for the highest
and BEST price. I welcome you thoughts and opinions on this. Dagmar Sands

I liked some parts of point2agent such as the posting to several different sites, the virtual tour, and the agent handshake. However, I have also had some problems with it. Oftentimes I get an error code 402 when I am trying to do things on the dashboard. It gets frustrating to me.

I see Brian already beat me to the punch, but I was going to point out Postlets. This site will make attractive HTML ads for you to post to craigslist and will automatically syndicate to additional websites, all for FREE.
