Well, I was going to do short little blog about my 1st YouTube video attempt. I was feeling bad because I couldn't go out and help my very strong hubby shovel all that wet cold snow. So I thought I'd "film" the event!  But then I played it back and was shocked at how weird I sounded...in fact I don't think I sound like me at all.  I'm not sure what I thought I sounded like but certainly not like what I heard.  So I asked my very strong handsome hubby...If I really sound like that?? And he smiled and said sorta...

Anyone else freak a little when they hear their recorded voice?

Happy St Patrick's Day Nor'Easter...New England got whacked!

Not too much real estate sales activity going on in Hampstead New Hampshire today everyone is just too busy digging out! We have well over a foot of snow on the ground and it's pretty cold out.

Hi Monika - yep, you sorta do sound just like!  ;-)   That would be your voice alright.....

We got a foot over here in Portsmouth, too.  It took a bit shoveling the sidewalks, but fortunately one of my friends who's a lobsterman in better weather also owns a snowplow business.  He's done my driveways for years now.

Speaking of lobster......

Well, I could tell you that if you want me to.  You DON'T sound like that......

Not sure what we'll have today.  I do have lobster meat in the freezer though......I was thinking of a nice baked ham, baked potatoes, etc.  Certainly no corned beef here, that's for sure.  Basketball's on TV right now - guess who put that on???   And of course, he's gently napping, too.  I tried changing the channel and his eyes popped right open......  How do men do that?

Jay done shovelling yet?  How's your leg?

Hi Ann, I'm done shoveling and I too took a light nap. I should have started shoveling yesterday at about 3 inches and then I should have gone out later last night again but I said the heck with it. Knowing we had the plow I figured no problem. Boy was I wrong. I hate March storms they seem to bring the heaviest of snow.

Oh, I too am watching hoops.

My leg is really bad. I'm taking some left over pain pills which helps somewhat. I think I might have pulled a muscle or twisted something. My whole thigh simply does not work and it hurts like all get out!

You and Jay need to get a different perspective for us to see - is there a back-yard?  The snow does look fun, but must be because it's 78 degrees over here.  Hope your leg feels better soon!

Ines I'd love to but I have to shovel my way to the back yard. As a matter of fact our grill is out there and we will be grilling out there tonight so I guess I'll be trudging my way out there soon. The back screen door opens out and with a foot of snow it won't open. back yard

This is the side of the yard which runs about 300 ft out from the screen porch. There are a few apple trees out there that we trimmed a couple of weeks ago.
