This is newer in a mixture of homes mostly older with one newer than this listing. There is an amazing Historic home on Broadway. I have showed it and wish my buyer was ready to buy but didn't. There is a new townhome on Broadway and the prices range from 1.7M to 785K...That one is mine.

I googled my listings addresses and was happy to see it showed up. It was Trulia that impressed me. Realtors got to have a voice. When they started it they must have thought how can we get realtors to like us.
Redfin is like the devil to realtors. They created a new set of rules and left out some of the players.
Thats not the focus of my article.
To live 2 blocks to the beach is a dream that plenty of people have captured. REMAX is the top listing Company in our area and PV. I joined over a year ago and I just love it. They are the company that really said lets listen to the Realtor! In fact, Lets make it all about Realtors!
