As of July 13 there are 19 active listings in Clipper Estates of Slidell Louisiana. One was currently in escrow. Eight have sold since the first of the year. Average selling price was $369,687 per home. The average per square foot of living area was $151.30. At this sell rate there is approximately 1.2 years of inventory listed.

Homeowner in Clipper Estates

Several bulkheads are failing in Clipper Estates leaving some homes with no back yard. The developer fails to maintain the infastructure including roads, curbs and bridges. A real mess for homeowners in this development.

Clipper Homeowner

Joey Tufaro is the developer and runs the Clipper Estates HOA. He has a long history. For such a lovely neighborhood it is very dissapointing to see it literally falling apart.
