Missy, I love property with trees and surrounded on all sides; it doesn't get better than that.

Missy--Over 3 acres is plenty of land to enjoy and makes a "this-old-house" fix up well worth the effort. Good luck with the listing!

Missy, The land is just gorgeous. I imagine there would be many people who would love to do either, some love to restore and others can build their dream home. Btw, I keep thinking of you--I have run into three people in the last few days from Ann Arbor! I keep asking them if they need a realtor to contact me so I can give them your name.
