Kristina ~ Yes, it was very Spanish with incredible hand painted tiles. So we played off of that with the pillows (some of which almost matched the tile's pattern) and original artwork from Bell Arts Factory.

Cheryl ~ promote, promote, promote! lol - Homes ARE selling will ALL of OUR help, this has just become my latest tag line to drive it home with Home Owners and Realtors.

Leolinda ~ THANK YOU! One of my helpers sent off a "just checking in" email as we hadn't heard anything regarding the house since we Staged it. It was wonderful news when they replied back with this information. (they just didn't tell us right away because they didn't want to jinx it ;-)

Julia ~ Thank you, and yes, I own all my own outdoor inventory with the exception of the blue set pictured in front of the fireplace. The blue set actually belongs to another client of mine, but she no longer likes it for her own home (even though it's practically brand new) so she gives me full access to it when I have larger outdoor jobs such as this. ;-)
