We have finally saw a couple of homesites go under contract. This is a good sign the prices have adjusted and it is a good time to buy.
Several homes have sold over the last few months and this has made us hopeful. There are still several great buys that should sell soon.
We are preparing to attend the Star Power conference in Florida and expect to pick up several new ideas to incorporate in our marketing and selling efforts. We attended last years conference and would recommend it to all Real Estate agents.
In addition to new ideas, you gain opportunity to great handouts from agents everywhere. It's amazing to hear what works for others and the sharing that occurs with everyone anxious to help each other.
