Since joining in March he has a strong readership and his posts are entertaining and very helpful.
I love seeing these rising stars take to keyboard and watch them grow their businesses.

How did you find Activerain and why did you join? "I actually found Activerain one day while sitting on floor duty at my office. I was reading through REALTOR® Magazine and found an article about Real Estate 2.0. In that article it talked about some guys from Washington that had made this new FREE real estate network which had over 70,000 members! So, I figured I would check it out. I quickly realized this was something that would not only help to pass the days by on floor duty, but could also help my business."
Tell us a little about yourself. " Let’s see…I am a proud new daddy of Isabelle who is my new pride and joy. I love to play music and get to use my musical talents every week by playing at my church. One funny thing about me, is that while I live at the beach, I hate going because I don’t like the sand between my toes!"
What do you enjoy the most about blogging? "I like the fact that blogging is a way for me to share the knowledge that I have gained over the past seven years of selling real estate. It give me a quick and easy avenue to expose that knowledge to the public. I also like the fact that it give me opportunities to network with other agents across the globe effortlessly. Many times I will ask for advice and get so many different ideas of how to handle a situation that I on my own would never even dream of!"
Why Blogger's Choice Selection Group? "I actually joined Bloggers Choice Selections because of reading Lenn Harley’s review a few months back. After joining, I thought, this is a great group to get some of the really good posts circulated back into Activerain for some more exposure."
What will you be looking for when making your selections? " I look for stuff that catches my attention and keeps it the whole way through. Sometimes you find things that start off great, but lose you in the middle/end. I read posts as if I were a consumer. If you bore me with something and I am in the same profession and would know what you are talking about, imagine how the consumers would feel!"
Any Last Words? "Bloggers Choice Selection Group is a really well run group Lola & Midori seem to really have their act together and do an awesome job lifting up the members of this group. If you haven’t joined this group yet, I would highly recommend it!"
