Fernando, what about all these vacant foreclosures in my neighborhood?

If you live close to a vacant foreclosure, watch out for unusual activity around the home. Call the Realtor listed on the sign, call his office or just call the police if you suspect something is not right.

A vacant property on your neighborhood is sucking the equity of everyone’s homes.

You need to get involved making sure that this property gets sold ASAP.

I‘m serious . . . If I lived next to a vacant foreclosure, I will be cutting the grass and cleaning the outside of the property if it needs too. . . . or at least I will be calling the Realtor or the bank everyday until someone does something.

Get involved. .the sucking sound you hear. . is coming from the equity of your own home!
