By
Real Estate Agent with Global Trust Team of Keller Williams

I always think it is helpful when we know what is going on. I thought I would let everyone know what the stats were like in Long Beach, CA every month. If you are in Long Beach please feel free to use them when speaking with your buyers or sellers if you are an agent and if you are a home or condo owner this is what is happening. All of the information here is directly from the the MLS system that covers Long Beach CA and the surrounding cities.

February Residential property statistics for Long Beach CA

  • Total residental properties available: 1,264
  • Total new properties that came on the market: 407
  • Total properties that went into escrow (Both Pending & Backup Status) - 237
  • Total properties that Expired - 137
  • In all we believe that things look pretty good. If you compare these statistics with other cities such as Phoenix or Las Vegas there are far fewere homes available here than in those cities. The supply of properties is still not over the 12 month mark which would indicate a buyers market so we think things are looking good for both buyers and sellers.

Don't hesitate to way in on your opinion.

We have more monthly statistics available at www.LongBeachHomeBlog.com. We will continue to update everyone on what the latest statistics are so you can keep track of your asset.
