Mara, the SOLD numbers for all areas year over year indicates a slowdown. Just like the national economy but not a crash by any means. Incredible amount of detail you have found for your readers here.
Hey Mara - As a suggestion why not add a quick summary at the bottom for those consumers who don't want to read through the enitre report and figure out what it all means?
Gary - Thanks for your comment. And yes, thankfully, not such a crash here in LEE COUNTY, which is seeing a lot of growth and expansion.
Bill - Thank you for a wonderfully practical suggestion, and I'll plan to include a summary on next month's report. While investors and developers like the full report, the rest of us could easily do with a summarized version. :-)
Now that's an extremely informative piece of information... I agree with Gary- when compared to other areas the market is, in comparison to many areas, performing admirably.
I do monthly market reports, but I haven't thought about comparing them to the year previous. I can see where that is very useful info. to consumers! Good job.
