7 Points to Consider When Looking For a New Home
When I interview a buyer, I always ask a lot of questions. In addition, to the normal financial type's questions; I want to know about the buyer's expectations and needs in this purchase. Here are some ideas that I bring up to a buyer when looking for a Home for Sale in Kenner LA.
•1. The first point is relative more than ever with the cost of energy. How far are you from your activities? To include church, clubs and movies.
•2. How are the schools in a given area?
•3. How is crime? Just because the price of a property is great does not mean an area is safe.

•7. This more a suggestion drive around the area as much as possible to get a feel for the neighborhood. Talk to as many people as possible who live in the area.
