Each year on the last weekend in July, the Albany Historic Interior Tour Committee hosts self guided tours of many lovely historic homes. Enjoy these homes at your leisure and in any order. What fun to take the trolley or horse drawn wagon from house to house at no extra charge!
Albany Oregon is a city rich in historic architecture including styles from the 1840s through the late 1920s. Four Albany Historic Districts are listed in the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interior.
Albany's historic collection includes everything from the colorful Queen Annes, the "painted ladies" of historic homes to the Craftsman Bungalows that feature a variety of natural materials.
