Has anyone seen the cover of the New Yorker Magazine? I really think that when the (press) starts going after family members as easy targets we need to let them know that this is unacceptable behavior by not buying their product.

What do you think?

Yeah, this was pretty *****y.

I love satire, but like it was said, when you have to explain it more than once it is no longer funny.

Isn't satire based in truth that is unspoken?  The picture only indicates some of the ideas that are not being spoken.

It just proves to me all things New York , Fly in the face of dignified and refined living. A joke is a joke but a personal attack is unwarranted, and I'm a republican. Steve

I enjoy satire and often find it a witty way to stimulate conversation and more importantly thought.  That being said, this misses the mark.  This simply confirms the opinions of many and offends the beliefs of others.  No discussions will be held regarding the fears, ignorances, or beliefs that brought about the image.
