32 homes sold in June:
- 21 single family homes, and
- 11 condos.
Year-to-date, 134 homes have sold in Hampton, NH:
-79 single family homes
-50 condos, and
- 5 mobile homes
In addition, 5 Hampton area homes went pending with active contracts in June.
