Where is "Home"?
Everyone always wants to know where is "home" or "where are you from?"
We recently spent 8 months "wintering" in South West Florida in Naples on the Gulf of Mexico. It is truly a beautiful area, warm blue green water and sunsets over the Gulf. While in SW Florida, I studied for my Florida Brokers and also familiarized myself with all of the different communities and areas. As beautiful as Naples is, I could not make it my permanent "home". It is too far from the rest of my life, my family, especially my two sons. 
I am originally from Baltimore but have lived over half of my life in New Jersey. Whenever I say I am going home for Thanksgiving or whatever other holiday the "home" means Baltimore. My mother still lives in my childhood home there. When I first moved to New Jersey, "home" was always referred to as Baltimore.
As the years went by Central New Jersey and the numerous places that I have resided are "home". Princeton, New Jersey is the home of the NATIONS office on Nassau Street. Whenever I came back into town from Florida and took a stroll thru town, I knew I was home. I know Mercer County, Hamilton, Robbinsville, along with Hopewell, Lawrenceville, Pennington and Ewing like the back of my hand.
I have become quite familiar with my now home Ringoes in Hunterdon County East Amwell. The rolling hills, farms, especially horse farms are such a beautiful sight any season of the year.
The saying goes "Home is where the Heart is". Part of my heart is in Baltimore, but "Home Sweet Home" is in Central New Jersey.
