Hi Liz, I actually like all the vines and the greenery from a homeowner point of view but I bet if we had one of our AR Stagers here they would say to neutralize the rooms by moving the plants outside. What do you think? As is, will the buyers give feedback as to too many plants. Particularly on the counter and the floor. This seller must definitely have the green thumb, that's for sure. Or is having a lot of indoor plants typical for your area? Great price.

Im the seller of this home (guilty)   Ive done the plant thing for so long I cant remember...My home faces the South so my plants have THRIVED in this home. I do have a pic taken last year before I painted, that had no plants, and gosh the house looked bare and empty....I love the comments, and when this home sells, I promise to start inventing a green thumb OUTDOORS. :)

cheers

Brian- I just saw your comment when I started to tell Liz that the plants were a little overwhelming on my initial look......you are so lucky to have that type of environment and I would say that is a great selling point.  But have  you considered moving the plants during the listing.....and maybe make a samll albumn of pictures showing the possibilities for growing for a buyer that also might love to grow things?

My esperience is people wnat to be able to visualize their own things in there.....LOL :)

Liz- How lucky are you to have a seller that is actively involved......I think it's great that he commented on here....it would be nice if more sellers did this.

Liz, It's a lovely house but Gary is right....I'm all about Plants in Feng Shui, they add  Life Force but you can overdo anything.  He's just got too many....but the home is lovely!

Liz - What a great way for a vendor to get constructive feedback from uninvolved Real Estate Professionals. I think you have opened a new door.
