Go Ahead and Take the Plunge to Top Producer 8i

I finally stopped everything and jumped right into Top Producer 8i. Definitely go through the online video training about setup. There are some very needed changes to your browser, but simple. After about 30 minutes I am enjoying the ease of navagating and getting use to the new layout. I believe my favorite currently is the Stats layout under Contacts. I think this is going to be a fun ride...

I felt that this is a very heavy stuff and the minute you decide to cut your ties for any reason, you lose all your data, so we opted for agent office, which is a computer based. ANyway, we do not need to work on the road.

I have a Question for anyone that has a TEAM...

I have been using Top Producer 7i - since they came our with 8i I really dont like the way it works.

Here is my problem. Having a Team, Myself, Listing Agent, Buyers Agent - I dont want to let the buyers agents have access to my contacts in case they leave. What I have had to do is buy each person their own TP acct which is costly but not effective if I am trying to send out E-Newsletters to everyone in all databases.

Problem #2 - TP will only allow you to send out 1000 emails a day. With emails to realtors promoting my listings, buyers email campaigns, sellers email campaigns, fsbo email campaigns etc - I hit way over 1000 per day.

IF you have a TEAM - what program are you using and tell me why you like it ?
