Oh to update the last blog, my clients ended up buying the house, and the sellers brought the dog to closing. Many jokes passed around the table as my buyers were tempting the attorney to start a lawsuit for the dog bite in lieu of their closing costs. Oh well, all is fun and games in the good ol professio of real estate. Farewell on this story. I'll keep you posted of more funnies.

LOl we've never had a pet come to a closing! and one that bit you to boot! At least everyone could joke about it Ken. Bet you won't volunteer to show clients children that barking dogs don't bite anymore:)
