Positive news for a change: THE OIL BUBBLE IS BURSTING! YEAH!!! maybe the country will get back to normal someday....

Its too bad there is so much greed from the oil companies. Salt water as fuel has already been discovered! It would be the way of the century if there was'nt so much OIL GREED.

World oil prices paused on Wednesday, after economic growth concerns sent New York crude tumbling by the largest drop for 17 years, and as traders awaited the weekly US energy stockpiles report.

New York's main oil contract, light sweet crude for August delivery, firmed seven cents to 138.81 dollars a barrel.

The contract sank 6.44 dollars to close at 138.74 dollars on Tuesday at the New York Mercantile Exchange. It was the sharpest single-session decline since January 1991.

From your lips to God's ears!  I hope that it continues to drop til it his $15 a barrell.  We need hydrogen power for cars...clean, non polluting, cheap.  If we had a better source, Oil could be less than $10 a barrel.  Maybe that old saying "I got you over a barrel" comes from!

While it only takes a minute for the price at the pump to go up - when prices of crude go up - it will take months for us to see a decrease at the pump.  Wonder why...

Price Conditioning Tim...pure and simple. I see prices of a barrel of crude going down to 90 but the conditioning of the consumer will be done by then. get use to it. 4-5 a gallon is here to stay.
