Every penny counts.  Especially in today's market.  That is why homeowners think that selling their home themselves would be a great idea.  A real cost saver.  After all, it only takes a For Sale sign from the local dollar store.

What more is there?  After all, I am the homeowner.  I know my house better than anyone.  And I am prepared to do whatever it takes.

  • I am ready to sit home 24/7 to let strangers tour my home
  • I am willing to spend $$$$ on advertising in the local papers & buying a website
  • I am a trained negotiator - skilled in real estate transactions
  • I know all the forms necessary and won't have to worry about errors later on

Come to think of it.  I'd rather hire Your Texas Connection to work FOR me.  Let them have the worries and the costs involved.  My time is worth more to me than taking this venture on!

Welcome to ActiveRain, Susan, from a fellow KW agent in Las Vegas! One of the challenges that agents face in the online world is that information is so easily available, which makes it seem (on the surface) that selling a home can be quite easy. But it's knowledge applied, along with skill, experience and resources, that gets transactions closed. Agents who can demonstrate that will continue to succeed in any market.
