I am an avid reader of several blogs outside of Active Rain.  Today I was browsing through them as I always do and I was so refreshed after reading one of them.

Christina of Northern Cheapskate wrote a post today about the benefits of using a Realtor.  She and her family used one a few years ago (and paid 7% commission), and she said that her Realtor was worth every penny!

In her post, she highlights a few points as to why it's a good idea to use a Realtor.  All are great points!  And the photo she used was a terrific example of what not to do to sell your home!

It's very refreshing to see someone not in this profession exclaiming the benefits of our expertise and service.  Thank you, Christina!

We need to hear blogs like this.  I have a client who bought on her own, little does she know, I could have saved her a lot of aggrevation if she had bought through me.  The sellers made out on her inexperiences.

Judy: Thanks for stopping by.  It's all about educating people on the benefits of using a professional.  Yes, you can sell your home on your own, but you'll most likely not get the best deal.
