My NEW Logo --- I need input ---

I am constantly hearing that a good logo makes you stand out above everyone else. So with this in mind, I recently changed mine. I think it is very eye catching. I am interested in hearing from everyone, does not matter to me if you dislike it or like it. Let me know whatever it is that you feel. Here it is:

It is very simple and clean. My first thought was "nice". It looks professionally created. How does it look in black and white? How does it look from a distance (for a vehicle logo)? I could definately see this on the side of a truck. Looks good to me.

For color the it won't work very well because it is not bright enough to stand out and for black and white it will look all black. I like the design.

Looks great - we are looking for a logo for our team - do you know of any FREE sites?

At first I didn't understand the name EZ Rider...until I saw your name. Cute! There's a lot to like about this logo. It's beefy font and strong graphic will make it a breeze to embroider on shirts. It is the type of logo that will work well in 1 color, 2 color, and with screens. Since your business is home inspections, I think I would have liked a little stronger graphic take on the house, but what you have gets the job done. Good job...This logo should serve you well.
