The definition of Success is a very personal thing, and different for each individual. But, wheather you need to have a helicopter and Billions in the Bank to consider yourself a success, or success is defined on a smaller scale for you, the Principles of Success are the same.
One of these Success Principles is found in an old saying "If you want to have what successful people have, you need to do what successful people do." I'm going to be BOLD, and put a modern spin on that by saying "If you want to have what successful people have, you need to think like successful people think."
So lets get into the mind of one of America's most successful businessmen, Donald Trump. Here are some quotes from the Real Estate icon.
What separates the winners from the losers is how a person reacts to each new twist of fate. The Real Estate and Mortgage Industries are going through some "twists of fate". I often feel like when one door closes, another is opened in a short period of time! Maybe you need to look for those other ways to win the war. 
If you're going to be thinking, you may as well think big. Most people think small because most people are afraid of success, afraid of making decisions, afraid of winning. And that gives people like me a great advantage. Sometimes we think that to have twice as much, we need to work twice as hard. Successful people will tell you that's not true. They work smart, not just hard! The difference is in the small daily disciplinces that make a huge difference! So dare to THINK BIG again like you did when you were a kid!
I'm not running for office. I don't have to be politically correct. I don't have to be a nice person. Like I watch some of these weak-kneed politicians, it's disgusting. I don't have to be that way. This may not have a lot to do with success, but I included it just because I got a kick out of it! This is The Donald at his best if you ask me! This is a good reminder that you must be true to yourself to have success. Dont live your life by the public opinion polls!
I was relentless, even in the face of total lack of encouragement, because much more often than you'd think, sheer persistence is the difference between success and failure. This ,in and of itself, is the key to Donald Trump's success! Persistence is the great equalizer in the universe. There may be people more talented, better looking, and luckier than I, but there will never be someone who out works me!
