I have to say it once again, Kristen and Chris from Kinetic Knowledge, if you are looking for another stand alone blog platform, I would have to suggest their resource.

They have just placed me on their home page.  What did I do to deserve this honor?  I am consistently on topic and blog without ceasing.  I have times throughout the day that I have set aside to give what I think is the best information about the Real Estate market as a whole.  Also, what is currently going on in the Real Estate market in Santa Clartia Valley.  It has been said that my blogs, "make eyes bleed".  I have to say it is nice to be noticed.

When I find a good deal up it goes on our http://blog.paris911.com.  I have to think that our presence with our blog, the kinetic solutions coupled with Active Rain was responsible for us picking up this REO account as well.  Each and every foreclosure that I verify occupancy at, I then take a picture with my iPhone and Utterz (Thanks Jeff Turner) the property, it then auto posts to my Kinetic Solutions Blog.  So from the field, before the Foreclosure hits the market, my peeps and fellow agents can position themselves to pounce once the bank sets the price and I put the property onto the market.

That is what deals in this market are all about!!!
