Federal Funding, the creator of the 100% LTV financing program with DPA is expanding its network of participating FedLenders. We are seeking lenders of all types who can provide conventional loans, hard money loans and business loans to our FedFunds Investors. Our definition of a LENDER is an entity that actually underwrites, approves and funds a loan from either a pool of existing private money capital where the lender is in full control of said funds or from its own warehouse line of credit. Please! No brokers.
FedLenders must be reasonable with their fees. High fees, miscellenaous fees, junk fees and advance fees are not good signs of a fair lender and will not be considered for working with our FedFunds Investors. Please forward rate sheets and underwriting guidelines to better describe your specialty so we can properly match you with the right FedFunds Investors. All loans are originated by Bancofino to that particular FedLender.
FedFunds Investors are qualified individuals whom've invested in the DPA Calculator, purchased their FedBank Accounts, received training on the FedFunds DPA Program and will be utilizing the services of both the FedFunds Consultant and FedFunds Appraiser. These consultants will guide them through the complex process of selecting the RIGHT property eligible for the FedFunds DPA Program.
