How do you start the listing process?
Email us 10 photographs mostly of the interior of your property. Then, tell us how much you would like to sell your property for, how you arrived at that price, within how long you believe it will sell at that price and whether or not you will be buying another property. We will then coordinate the research required to assess if your home is well priced, as well as give you a list of recommendations of what needs to take place in order for your property to be sold within the price range and time frame you set. We will guide you on how the property should be staged to make it most desirable to buyers.
We highly recommend all the necessary inspections and reports are conducted up front so potential buyers have a clear picture of what they are purchasing.
Our fee is a minimum of $3800.00 or 00.75%, whichever one is higher, of the final sale price plus, $485.00 for all the marketing. The marketing fee will be paid upon delivery of the lock box, for sale sign and flyers. The $485.00 marketing fee is non-refundable.
The sale of a property is dependent on market conditions and we can not be held responsible if your home does not sell within 39 days, especially if you did not follow all our recommendations and all the necessary steps we have asked you to take. If you set a price and the property does not sell in your anticipated time frame, it will not be a bad reflection of our customer service.
