I was going to make a you tube video or website and try to generate extra income with this information. But, I thought, what if my friends on Active Rain don't see it. Of course I have to let you guys in on it first. I'm also making this blog public.

Ok so here it is; about 6 weeks ago my family and I went to the beach over on Treasure Island (located on the gulf and very beautiful) Here we are having a great time and my daughter decides she wants to take pictures of Mom!!! After I viewed these pictures of myself, I'm thinking, OMG that can't be me! I mean, yes I have seen myself in the mirror and of course pictures fully dressed, but for some reason I couldn't see it until I viewed those beach pics. Weird, very weird.

I looked at my husband and said, " why didn't you tell me I look 6 months pregnant!!!!?????" He tells me I'm beautiful and I don't look fat at all. (Which is what I expect him to tell me...or else!!!!) So I decided it was time to make some changes. When I weighed myself I was 183! I'm 5'6" and should be no more than 145. I say Oh Boy, I sure have my work cut out for me.

Okay this is where I get to the nitty gritty!! I became very dedicated. I decided I would run 2 1/2 miles everyday. Okay, tried that for 3 days and gave up. Running is just not for me. So I sit back and think what do I like to do that would also help me sweat and lose 40 lbs? I love to dance!

For the past 5 weeks, I make sure I dance for an hour to techno music ( because it's fast and I can sweat more)

I do this in my garage where it is terribly hot. Remember you have to sweat. I am concentrating on my upper body more so than my lower so I wear a hooded sweatshirt and shorts.Then, I go sweat it out in the car for 1/2 hour which gives me the sauna effect, while I'm in the car I lay my seat down and do 50 crunches. Well, that's what I'm up to now. You have to work your way up to it. They say you lose 500 extra calories from sitting in a sauna for a 1/2 hour. Oh I forgot to tell you, while exercising and sauna sweating keep drinking water. I drink about 4 -16 ounce bottles over the whole course, and before this I wasn't a water drinker, or dieter, or exerciser.

I drink a slim fast for breakfast, lunch  sometimes a sandwich sometimes nothing at all. And at dinner I pig out and eat anything I want. Then, before I go to bed, I drink the Diet Tea, to ensure I am regular the following day.

For the most part I have been faithful on this plan. I have slipped up a few times and supposedly that's normal. I have lost 20 lbs because of my consistancy and have 20 more to go! Wish me luck and I hope this helps anyone who needs it!
