I now do not spend as much for advertising as before. I rely on other RE professionals like myself.

I work with Operation RE/MAX, which deals with Military. I consider myself a Military RelocationSpecialist as wel, however work with all sorts of clients arriving on Oahu and leaving as well. The beauty of Military it gives you a wider range of destinations to refer to and from.

I am hoping to get many of the pet friendly REALTORS to connect with me for referrals with that as a common bond. I work with referrals in all markets since so many folks want to relocate to Paradise. We used to reside in Las Vegas as well as Southern California so I know the areas. Originally from Jersey and came west from Florida. Must be something to do with palm trees perhaps? Who knows.

As for referrals our office keeps a record on file so when escrow closes you will be paid your commission in a timely manner.  Please contact me with what percentage rates you plan on using. Normally I use 25 %, however if someone I have worked with offers more, then the next time I reciprocate I will match it.

My website has loads of pet oriented links on it as I believe a website should not be just about real estate, one has to introduce themselves via the site to online potential customers so it has to be personable as well as professional.
